WHY ARE ITEMS TAKING SO LONG TO SHIP?   Many items are manufactured overseas, or have parts that come from overseas.   The shipping and manufacturing industries have been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic for several reasons.  Cargo ships are not allowed into port if any member of the crew has tested positive for Covid-19.   Shipping and manufacturing industries are often running on skeleton crews.   Factories and shipping facilities have suffered repeat shut downs because every time someone tests positive for Covid-19, they must shut down and sanitize before resuming work.   As people have been spending more time at home, demand for products has actually increased.  This has resulted in the perfect storm of issues, and is the reason that stock is low and production times have increased dramatically.   We expect this to improve as more people get vaccinated, but in the meantime most manufacturers are still experiencing lengthy delays and backlogs.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.

WHAT SHIPS FOR FREE?   Some items are able to be shipped to your home. These items will ship to your home for free.  Other large items, such as furniture, beds and very large light fixtures must be shipped by motor freight and sent to a receiver with a loading dock.  Our free shipping offer extends to the freight charges to get your items to a receiver close to your home.  Final delivery and placement of the items in your home is the responsibility of the buyer.   Please contact us if you have any questions.
